Your thoughts matter much more than you know, your thoughts can sweep away stress, making your more calm and in control of your emotions (or they can do just the opposite) – the choice is yours!  Every thought we think should be weighted carefully, because “as we think, so we are” – poverbs 23:7 (isn’t it amazing how we have been told this from the start)  We all tend to lean towards negative thinking, so don’t beat yourself up about it, but know, that it is never too late to rethink your thinking….. it could change your life! x
